Introducing the Scriveiner Daily Pen
Two years in the making
The Daily pen is the result of two years of design work. It began as a reimagined Classic, our bestselling pen, and gradually became a pen of its own: slimmer, cigar-shaped, and cleaner in line, without the Classic's end ring.
Alongside the new silhouette, we’re proud to present a more significant change. The Daily fountain pen is the first pen with a nib of Scriveiner's own design.

Three finishes
Each Daily pen is built on a brass body and offered in three finishes. Silver Gold pairs a lustrous silver chrome body with a gold-plated clip and trims. Black Gold is lacquered in high-gloss jet black, again with a golden clip and trims.
Black Carved is the most distinctive of the three. It is finished in matt black over an architectural cross-hatched texture, and fitted with a monochrome black nib.
The Scriveiner nib
The nib is simple in design and made with beginners in mind. It teaches you how to hold the pen. When the signature S on the nib is facing up as you write, the nib is sitting at the right angle to the page.
It comes in two sizes. Fine suits smaller handwriting, and Medium is a friendly place to start for anyone new to fountain pens. Both may feel a fraction finer than our German-made nibs, though this also depends on the paper and ink you use.
In the box
The Daily pen arrives in a minimalist black box, made to be given as a gift and to keep the pen safe between uses. Each pen comes with a Scriveiner glass converter already fitted, and two spare refills, one blue and one black, tucked into an envelope beneath the pen.
The box also holds a warranty card. It gives the owner access to a two-year extended warranty, in addition to our lifetime mechanical guarantee.
A pen for every day
We made the Premium Daily pen collection so that more people might fall in love with writing again, and so that a fine writing experience would be easier to reach and easier to master. It is meant to become the pen you pick up without thinking, whether in a lecture, a work meeting, an art class, or a few minutes in the morning you spend with your journal.
