Customer Service Doesn’t Get Better Than This!

I love my fountain pen which I use for line and wash art. It has all the right features including a converter for filling from an ink bottle for a waterproof option plus cartridges for ease and water soluble ink. The extra fine and fine nibs are perfect for my purposes. It feels good in my hand and looks great too.

But what impresses me the most is the customer service. I had a problem removing a nib, wrote late one evening, got a response within minutes, then an email exchange so fast it was like a chat. The rep was beyond courteous and helpful and went the second and third mile in helping resolve my issue. I’m seventy years old and can honestly say I’ve never had better customer service. They set the bar high!

Update 2/29/24: After my initial review (below) the company reached out to me to apologize for the faulty pen and sent me a new one. The customer support was absolutely exemplary! I received my pen and have used it every day since without issue. As I mentioned before, this pen is stunning in looks and balance. The nib flows ever so smoothly across the paper. It is truly a dream to write with and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautifully crafted, affordable, and classy fountain pen!The pen itself is beautiful and has a nice weight and balance overall. The nib flowed smoothly for the first 2 days and I used high quality ink. Now the ink won’t flow and it just scratches the paper. Wasted my money.
