Scriveiner Classic Silver Chrome fountain Pen - Fine Nib

The pen is visually beautiful and writes in a very satisfying fashion. Very elegant presentation in packaging as well. Ran into an issue with ink flow a few months into owning the pen (with daily use) and although it could have been user error that caused the issue, the company honored the warranty and sent me a brand new pen free of charge. Excellent customer service (thank you Catherine)!

I ordered a fine nib which turned out to write to dry for my left-handed writing style. I contacted Scriveiner customer service and received an answer within 15 minutes. After some troubleshooting we realized the issue with the fine nib and they sent me a replacement pen with a medium nib free of charge.I received the replacement the next day and I inked it up and was surprised at how smooth it wrote. The pen is well balanced with a cap that posts securely. It lays down an wet line with no feedback and no force needed. I would say it writes as well as some of my fountain pens with 14K nibs that cost many times more $.Excellent pen! Excellent customer service!

Very pleased with the writing quality and good looks of this fountain pen. Difficult to find a writing instrument of this quality for the price.

Perfectly balanced, well-weighted, cap posts snugly while in use, thin enough but not too thin so that I can change writing positions when my hand gets tired (arthritis issues), grip is rough enough to make it easy to hold but not too much to wear on my fingers, nib (I have medium) writes smoothly and easily, converter is easy to fill, plus it’s an all around beautiful pen!

First morning I used it I wrote two poems and a lengthy journal entry so I think it also might have magical powers to call the Muse to my writing desk.

Quite nice for the price. Fine nib is a bit scratchy. Nice weight and balance, beautiful appearance much beyond the price point. Like that the cap clicks solidly into place when capping. Easier than a screw cap for office work with intermittent writing. Only real issue is that the nib section slowly works itself unscrewed in use by a right-handed user.
