Below is the initial scathing review I left for this writing instrument, which was my initial response to the pen.However, upon my review the company reached out to me, Catherine, and IMMEDIATELY apologized referred me to the warranty. Then they took it upon themselves to refund me the purchase price and send me ink refills!Heck I don’t care how the pen works from now on I have the utmost respect for this company and the officer who diligently corrected my issue.You do not find many companies that has the character and integrity like this one.Thank YouThank YouThank YouThe pen works great and it will replace my Mont Blanc in my shirt pocket, daily.I haven't had this pen for a year heck less than 9 months and the ink has run out of it already!
