Better than the “big” names

I’ve been buying and using fountain pens for over 40 years and this one is my favorite, hands down. First of all, the craftsmanship is flawless and beautiful. Secondly, from the second I pulled it out of the box and started writing, it was smooth and just glided across the paper. Third, it has good weight. I don’t like light, thin, and flimsy pens. I need something that fits firmly in my hands and feels like a substantial piece. And finally, the price…UNBELIEVABLE! How they can sell such an awesome product at this price? Not a better deal out there.I will never buy another brand of fountain pen again and I’m sorry it took me so long to find this one. I am a fan of this pen, and the company that produces it, for life.

Unmatched Customer Service

Ordered a Silver/Gold fountain pen. Was impressed with what I got for what I paid.About two days in, the cap separated from the inner retainer sleeve. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a new pen immediately with no questions asked, and no nonsense about sending the old one in for repair.Their quality is on par, but their customer service is above and beyond, and has gained them a long-term customer out of me.
