I Love this pen!! I have a small collection of fountain pens, some costing much more than this one, but this is the one I reach for most often. The quality is fantastic. It's nicely balanced, has a nice feel, it's a great writer and it doesn't dry out on me. I have it paired with a beautiful Diamine Antique Copper ink. I think I refilled this pen about a month ago. I can pick it up after all this time and it still flows onto the page like I just filled it. I own 4 Scriveiner pens and they all compare favorably to pens costing much more. This one though...this one's my favorite.TLDR: Great pen, great value, no regrets.

Beautiful pen!

Pen is exactly as represented. It writes flawlessly and when I had small issue with the cap the company was very responsive and sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service and value. Definitely recommend

Beautiful pen, great customer service.

I own many fountain pens, have been collecting for years, and I must say that this Scriveiner fountain pen in brushed copper is one of the most beautiful and well-made pens I have ever seen. It writes perfectly and smoothly with the fine nib and is very pleasing to use, not to mention to look at. I have two of them now, the other in gold with a medium nib, and am equally pleased with both. I also found Scriveiner customer service to be top notch. They respond promptly and are pleasant to work with. It is clear to me that the Scrivener company truly cares about their product and customer satisfaction. If you are looking for an elegant, well-made pen at a reasonable price, It would be hard to do better than Scrieviener.

Scrivener Brass EDC (Every Day Cary) fountain pen in brushed copper, fine nib.Schmidt nib does not disappoint – writes as smooth as many 18k nibs. That I expected. But for a pen in this price range, this is a very well-made pen. The threads for posting the cap are not visually or tactilely intrusive, and seats securely. Schmidt converter screws in, which is more secure than other brands that just push on – just make certain you remember to turn, not push. This pen is solid brass, not brass anodized, so weighs in at 50 grams. Keep that in mind, if you are wanting a light weight pen. Brass is coated so it does not tarnish.Scrivener may be an English brand, but the pen is made in China.
