Quick and Reliable customer service and pen usage!

I had a problem with the pen, not to any fault of the manufacturer. I had the pen for about a year and a half and my clumsiness unthreaded the middle part of the pen and got the ink stuck in the top half of the pen. I contacted the manufacturer and I had a response in less than 12 hours and they immediately sent a replacement the next day because they promise a 2 year defect warranty. You can’t beat one of these Golden ballpoint pens, they are metal, easy to use, and write so smoothly, by far my favorite pen!

Suitable Gift!

Gave it as a gift to a friend. He loved it. Ballpoint is fine. Price just right.

Exactly as expected

The pen came on time and the quality was as expected. The only downside is although the name indicates a the pen was made in England, there was actually a big sticker that said "made in China" on the box. That information was not shared in the description.
