I had problems with the refills but the customer service was amazing. They refunded my money and sent new refill.

I like the weight of the pen which is a little heavier than most, smooth writing, color of pen. Cap comes off and therefore must be careful not to lose it and must get refills from Amazon because they were not available at Office Depot.
